The shoe-making process begins with ensuring the perfect fit. During the appointment, our in-house consultant analyzes the client’s foot and using precise measurements, the shoe-artisans will sculpt the contour of your foot by hand to ensure your shoes fit perfectly. Using the goodyear welting process, our shoes are double stitched by hand to join the leather, insole and outer sole. This time honored process ensures superior durability, outstanding comfort, and insulation which gradually moulds itself to adapt to the shape of each foot.

Leveraging our long-established relationships with distinguished tanneries across the world, we select our materials from the finest leathers on the market. Our brand partners at TLB work exclusively with leather tanned using traditional methods, primarily calfskin obtained from the finest French and Italian tanneries. Upon inspection, any imperfections are marked and the leather is rejected for use in TLB Mallorca’s production processes.

The Coastal Walk Collection is meticulously handcrafted from premium calf velour, slowly tanned in the hills of Tuscany by families who have been perfecting their craft for generations. Slow and intentional by design, the tanning process draws out a leather of beautiful natural depth and a butter-soft feel that no shortcut could ever produce.
The interior calf-leather lining is no afterthought. It breathes, it gives, and over time it shapes itself to your foot in a way that no off-the-shelf shoe ever could. The City Stride Collection is handcrafted in small Tuscan workshops from exceptionally supple Italian calf leather, chosen for its fine grain, natural softness, and understated lustre. Worked slowly and with precision, it takes on a clean, elegant shape while retaining the character that only proper leather ever has. It’s a measured approach that speaks to the timeless tradition of shoemaking that results in a one-of-a-kind design no rushed process can imitate.
Inside, the shoe is fully lined in fine calfskin and finished with a removable cushioned insole wrapped in matching leather. It’s comfort from first step and only gets better as the leather softens and begins to shape itself to the foot.
